La Conciërge provides personal service for companies and tenants at WTC Schiphol. La Conciërge is responsible for processing personal data through this website, as described in this statement. Do you have a question about privacy? Get in touch through the contact form or through our portal.
Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and, if you fill them in, your company name and phone number. We use these details only to answer your question and handle your request. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box below the form, and, where you ask for a service, taking steps towards or performing an agreement. The form sends your message to us by email; the website itself keeps no copy.
Portal. Orders and requests go through our portal at portal.laconcierge.nl. We use the details you enter there to carry out your order or request.
Technical data. As with any website, our web server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit. This is needed to keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interest). These server logs are kept only briefly and are not used to track visitors.
We do not process special categories of personal data and do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. This website is not intended for children under 16.
We keep your data no longer than necessary. Messages sent through the contact form are kept until your question has been handled and for at most 12 months after that, in case you follow up on it. If your question leads to an order, we keep the details needed for our accounts for 7 years, as required by law.
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do work with service providers that make the website and our email possible, such as our hosting provider and email provider. They process data only on our instructions and under our agreements. Beyond that, we only disclose data when the law requires us to.
This website loads no third-party content: fonts are served from our own server, and there are no embedded videos, maps or social media buttons.
This website sets no cookies for visitors. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
Only when an administrator logs in to manage the website does WordPress set functional cookies needed for logging in. The portal at portal.laconcierge.nl is a separate environment and may use its own functional cookies, for example to keep you signed in.
If we start using cookies that require consent in the future, we will update this statement and ask for that consent first.
We take appropriate measures to protect your data. The website uses a secure connection (https), its software is kept up to date, the form is protected against spam, and only authorised people have access to incoming messages.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Send your request through the contact form; we will respond within one month.
